The loan facility provided is in the form of an agriculture cash credit.

Maximum Loan Up to 10cr. The quantum of the loan will be based on the realistic cost of end-to-end farming for any crop.

The loan repayment period will be set according to the expected harvesting and marketing timeframe for the crops for which the loan has been granted.

Primary: Hypothecation of the crops grown or assets created with the bank’s financing.

 Collateral security in the form of a mortgage (equitable mortgage/registered mortgage) of immovable property or agricultural land will be required to secure the total loan amount.

Eligibility Criteria:

Farmers involved in progressive or scientific farming practices are eligible.

The farmer should have a minimum of 4 acres of land or be engaged in scientific farming methods.

A credit score of 650 and above is required.

Minimum age requirement is 18 years, and the maximum age is 70 years (For individuals above 60 years, a co-borrower is mandatory).
